Past, Present & Future Urban Bike Fashion Show

Long Beach, CA – Celebrate “dressing for the destination” in spectacular modern and vintage street-wear-city-ride-style with the “Cycle Chic: Past, Present & Future” urban bike fashion show in downtown Long Beach September 13, 2012 at the Promenade 223 E. 1st St. in downtown Long Beach.

Special guest Mikael Colville-Andersen (who coined the term “cycle chic” and launched the world-wide movement from his Copenhagenize.com blog in 2006) joins Long Beach’s glamorous Women on Bikes SoCal spokeswoman Vice Mayor Suja Lowenthal, and Master of Ceremonies Ryan Choura of Choura Events for an unforgettable evening of urban style at its best Thursday evening September 13, 2012 from 7:30 to 9:30 pm.  

Set on the last day of the Pro Walk/Pro Bike: Pro Place 2012 conference during the first national “Women’s Bicycling Summit” Long Beach’s Promenade plays catwalk and Bikestation our elegant state-of-the-art backdrop with bike style leaders Electra and Linus latest showcased along with fall apparel and bike-friendly accessories from Yellow 108, The Academy Long Beach, PoCampo Bags, Bicycle Fixation, Nona Varnado  Performance Fashion, Cambridge Raincoat Company, Vespertine, Raven & Lilly, Elle B See, Reclamation Department, The Bicycle Stand, The Pedaler Society, Cyclone Coaster, ANNEISE and many more.
